JOB DESCRIPTION FULL TIME LAND SURVEYOR Basic Salary : 5,500 – 6,000 Project Site : Alor Setar, Kedah Contract Employment : 3 years Requirements : Diploma/ Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum 10 years' working experience in the construction industry with good knowledge in roadworks, bridge works and earthworks. Able to work as full time site surveyor. Self-driven, meticulous and dynamic team player. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in AutoCAD application. To Work under supervision of Project Manager and Site Engineer. Able to work in teamwork. Preferably local candidates from Alor Setar, Kedah. Task & Responsibilities : To Assist Project Manager in Preparing Survey Information, such as Bench Mark, Certified Plan and Location of the project Site for Land Surveyor. As a coordinator within the project team in related to all site surveying works. To prepare precomp plan, detail survey & as-built survey plan for the completed survey job. Prepare and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to site surveys for verification or claim purpose in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of alignment and level for setting out which is carried out by others. Responsible to check drawings dimension and control level. Responsible to check drawings dimension and control Responsible to conduct as-built surveys and prepare as-built drawings. Liaising with respective consultants/architects/land surveyor’s office to resolve issue pertaining to surveying works on site. Take care and be responsible for all survey equipment provided by company. To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time, including assisting on daily site works.
